We're seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Technician to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless production processes and maintaining high-quality standards in our cutting-edge manufacturing facility.

In this role, you'll work closely with our engineering team to implement and optimize manufacturing processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You'll be using industry-standard tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and PLC programming to drive efficiency and innovation in our production line.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production line issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Monitor and maintain quality control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or technical role.
• Proven experience with CNC machines, robotics, and automation systems.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and PLC programming.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate to Bali.
