As an International Customer Service Specialist at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for managing all customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on shipments. You will use our advanced CRM system, TrackIT, to track and manage customer interactions and shipment details. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and track customer inquiries and issues using TrackIT CRM system
- Provide timely updates and resolutions to customer concerns related to shipping and logistics
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient shipment processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, particularly in the logistics and shipping industry
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably TrackIT
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
