🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.

• Knowledge of banking technology and specialized banking devices.
• Certifications in IT support, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
