🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development and performance management, preferably in a manufacturing or textile industry.
• Proven expertise in using HR analytics tools like Workday and SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Certification in organizational development or performance management is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
