📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
• Assist with tour arrangements and local recommendations
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in guest areas
• Promote resort amenities and activities to guests
• Work collaboratively with the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and resort policies
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or a related field
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with basic hospitality software (e.g., PMS, CRM systems)
