📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including building codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of our properties.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure the safety and efficiency of building systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed records and reports for all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance schedules.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in facilities management.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• A valid and active professional license as a Building Engineer.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
