📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized advice and guidance to students on their study abroad journey, with a focus on the United Kingdom.
• Assist students with the preparation and submission of their applications, including visa applications and financial documentation.
• Conduct information sessions and workshops to educate students about the benefits of studying in the UK and the application process.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of student information, including application status, visa progress, and follow-up requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in UK education policies, university requirements, and visa regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient application process for students.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in education counseling or a related role, with a focus on study abroad programs.
• Strong knowledge of the UK education system, including university admissions processes, visa requirements, and financial considerations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and provide clear, concise advice.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
