As a Nursing Informatics Specialist at St. Luke's Medical Center, you'll work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to implement and maintain electronic health record (EHR) systems, such as Epic and Cerner. You'll also collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize workflows, enhance patient safety, and improve clinical outcomes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain EHR systems, including Epic and Cerner, to support clinical workflows and data management.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, IT staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of clinical data and technology.
• Analyze and optimize workflows to enhance patient safety, reduce errors, and improve clinical outcomes.
• Provide training and support to healthcare staff on the use of EHR systems and related technologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of EHR systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in nursing informatics to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in project teams to develop and implement new informatics solutions and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines in nursing informatics and healthcare IT.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing Informatics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing informatics or a related role, with a strong background in EHR systems like Epic or Cerner.
• Certification in nursing informatics (e.g., Certified Nursing Informatics Professional - CNIP) is a plus.
• Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and workflow optimization.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines, such as HIPAA and HL7.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Bali's healthcare landscape and local regulations is a plus.
