📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Assist the head chef in maintaining food quality and safety standards.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Participate in inventory management and cost control.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with all staff and guests.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Proven experience in preparing Chinese cuisine.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools such as ovens, stoves, and grills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
