📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver HR training programs tailored to the needs of AEON's retail teams.
• Conduct regular training sessions on topics such as customer service, sales techniques, and store operations.
• Collaborate with store managers to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and LMS (Learning Management System) to track and manage training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting AEON's values and culture.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail HR training.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and employees to ensure successful training outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR training, preferably in the retail industry.
• Certification in HR training and development (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and LMS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Cornerstone.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire retail teams.
• Proven ability to analyze training data and make strategic recommendations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
