📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor live and recorded surveillance footage using Milestone XProtect and Genetec Security Center.
• Detect and respond to security incidents in real-time, ensuring prompt action is taken.
• Conduct regular footage reviews to identify patterns and potential security risks.
• Generate detailed incident reports and provide regular security updates to the management team.
• Collaborate with other security personnel to enhance overall security protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all security and operational guidelines.
• Provide on-call support during off-hours to maintain continuous security coverage.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest security technologies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CCTV security analysis or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in using Milestone XProtect and Genetec Security Center.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid security clearance and background check.
