📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor poultry production programs to ensure optimal health and productivity of the farms.
• Provide technical support and training to farmers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular farm visits to assess and address any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategies for improving farm performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to poultry production.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new initiatives.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure the successful execution of poultry production projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in poultry farming or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of poultry production techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Valid certification in poultry production or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is highly desirable.
