📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting comprehensive internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
  • Analyzing financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.
  • Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures to ensure thorough and efficient audits.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address audit recommendations and implement corrective actions.
  • Providing training and guidance to junior auditors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Staying updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and financial analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
