📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach Piano, Early Childhood Music, Guitar, and Drums to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Develop and deliver engaging and effective music lessons using industry-standard tools and software.
• Create and maintain lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational goals.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their musical development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching music, with a strong focus on Piano, Early Childhood Music, Guitar, and Drums.
• Proficiency in using music notation software such as Sibelius and educational tools like SmartMusic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for music education and a commitment to inspiring the next generation of musicians.
• Fluency in English, with additional knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
