Resto Fajar Store is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train a team of employees to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.,Develop and implement operational procedures and standards to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
