📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
  • Developing and implementing individual care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and maintaining proper hygiene.
  • Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining patient records.
  • Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities.
  • Promoting a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and colleagues.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Valid nursing license and certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
