Puskesmas Hana Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics operations of our cafe and coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for the coffee industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the procurement, storage, and distribution of goods and materials.,Oversee the inventory management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.,Manage the transportation and delivery of goods to the cafe and coffee shop.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the coffee industry.,Monitor and optimize logistics costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.,Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the coffee industry and its supply chain is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.,Ability to travel and work in Ubud, Bali.
