📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Design and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Identify and address learning and development needs of employees.
  • Create and maintain learning materials and resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the learning and development team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of learning and development initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
