📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry and report generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment efforts.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
