📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to support business goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operations management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
