📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of IT-related problems.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Support the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or related roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.,Knowledge of IT security best practices and principles.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
