📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Manage inventory and restock kitchen supplies as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (on-site and remote).,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid food handler's certificate is a plus.
