PT Usaha Cendrawasih is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Sanur, Bali. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to manage and coordinate our fleet operations efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, including vehicle maintenance, driver management, and route optimization. Your ability to work in a hybrid environment will be crucial, as you will need to balance office-based tasks with field operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company's fleet.
  • Ensure all vehicles are maintained to optimal condition and comply with safety regulations.
  • Oversee driver scheduling, performance, and training.
  • Optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel procurement.
  • Coordinate with external service providers for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance and operational metrics.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation management principles.
  • Proficient in using fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage both office and field tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
