📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and compliant with all regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to optimize costs and vehicle lifespan.,Conduct regular inspections and servicing of vehicles to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the planning and scheduling of vehicle routes and assignments.,Handle any vehicle-related complaints or issues promptly and professionally.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
