📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Present property products and services to potential customers.,Negotiate and close sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Attend industry events and networking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
