📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons,Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback,Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment,Prepare and grade assignments and exams,Organize and participate in extracurricular activities,Attend staff meetings and contribute to professional development,Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum,Promote a safe and inclusive school environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with educational technology and tools,Valid teaching certification (preferred),Fluency in Indonesian and English
