• Oversee and optimize daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Coordinate between warehouse, distribution centers, and delivery teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels using WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and operations management.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in using logistics software such as SAP, WMS, and TMS.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
