📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with our product development and customer support teams to gather information and ensure that our documentation is up-to-date and meets the needs of our diverse audience,Review and edit the work of other writers to maintain consistency and quality across all of our documentation,Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to ensure that our documentation is aligned with our overall business goals and objectives,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation,Develop and implement processes and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our documentation workflow,Provide training and support to our customers and employees to help them use our products and services effectively

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,3-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira or Trello,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
