RGF HR Agent Recruitment is looking for a Japanese Speaker Finance Accounting & Tax Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial and accounting activities of our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with our Japanese clients to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This is a great opportunity for a professional who is fluent in Japanese and has a strong background in finance and accounting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial and accounting activities of the manufacturing operations,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with Indonesian and Japanese financial regulations and tax laws,Work with the Japanese client to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting,Prepare and submit tax returns for the manufacturing operations,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records,Provide financial support to the manufacturing operations team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Japanese financial regulations and tax laws,Proficiency in Japanese language, both written and spoken,Experience working with Japanese clients or in a Japanese-speaking environment,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
